Website training
As soon as the website is live, you can book your website training here.
The training lasts around 1 hour and is held via Zoom online meetings. As soon as you book your session, you’ll receive an invitation with a link to access the training.
If you need to cancel or reschedule the training, please use the same link. We will be notified about your change.
After the training, you will receive your website login details and your website training recording so you can always come back to it if you need to. We also provide plenty of resources to help you navigate the website and live chat feature accessible from the backend of your website.
After training
Once you’re trained, your production manager will send you:
- Login link
- Login details
- Website training recording
- Access to your Google Analytics account
- Website monthly traffic report on the 1st of every month
- Invitation to our private Facebook client group
- You’ll be added to our email marketing system as we are regularly sending website and marketing guides, videos and other product updates
- Five emails over the course of five days with tips on getting started with your new website
As soon as you are trained, your account will be transferred to our Support team who will look after you in case you need any further help.
