Cancelling your website or Hub subscription
Although the website itself isn’t transferrable due to our proprietary code and themes, you will receive:
- An export of your website content (in XML format)
- An export of published blogs (in XML format)
- An export of your website’s subscribers and any other email marketing lists (if applicable)
- Original files of the images (if applicable)
Transfer of Bizink themes
Only the website content owned by the Client and the published blogs while a Bizink customer are transferred on cancellation. If you decide to move to another web provider, we’ll bundle this content and forward to you.
For clarity, we don’t provide the themes on cancellation, as these are licensed by you from Bizink and variations are used by other Customers of Bizink. You won’t be able to pick up the complete site and rehost. The original cost to build your Bizink website covered adding the Client content into our existing Bizink theme, site build management, custom changes and refreshes. You will need to create a new website.
